Schedule My Rent started in 2016 and is based in Albuquerque, NM.

We have simple, yet powerful, rental property management software to: advertise vacant units, accept customizable on-line rental applications, screen tenants, collect rent, share leases and other documents, track expenses, and receive maintenance requests.

You can setup weekly, twice per month, or monthly rent. Renters can pay with their bank account, credit/debit card, and can even pay with cash at any MoneyGram location including Walmart and CVS. We make it easy to automatically add any combination of return fees, late fees, and daily late fees. Landlords receive funds in three business days or same-day with our QuickPay service.
