Advanced user of Tenmast WinTen2+It's a good program that has a lot of quality features. There are also many features that we did not know what we could use or that we actually had access too. It's easy and simple to add a new move in, or to add a portability. There are many features that have gone unused because of the lack of knowledge to the program. It also makes it very easy to upload all the information when we have new applicants.
It doesn't have the capability of being paperless. There are times when it forcefully shuts down or some days when it's not working but overall it does the job and it helps us complete our annuals and interims. I do not like that sometimes the program does run very slow and it takes a good while to print out the re examination letters. Also when we need to print out some forms it does give out errors that are not fully explained in the ETrans flap.
It's a great program to use. It makes the process of housing tenants easier and faster. It does the calculations for us and lets us know in detail when we have made an error.
The Housing process is very simple with Tenmast WinTen2+, Whenever there is application day and we have to upload all the information the way that the program is setup it makes it very simple to upload all the information.
