Paid For A Year Subscription And It Quit Working. No Customer Support Or Service!

What do you like best?

In the beginning it worked just fine and we received a lot of leads.

What do you dislike?

After about 60 days, the entire platform quit working. The links broke, none of my listing would show. I submitted multiple tickets for support (at least 5 spanning a week) and called them. No one ever responded to me via email, phone, etc. I have cancelled my subscription and submitted a chargeback with my bank. The subscription was for a year, not 2 months. Total rip off.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Zero customer support.
