What do you like best?

How easy and intuitive it is use. The dashboard where the reviews are collected. How easy it is to setup and use.

How fast my clients have learned how to use it. The dashboard where the feedback is collected. I pretty much love everything about it.

What do you dislike?

Having to login to UserBack to change the default project for the chrome extension.

Get it, it will change your life. Since adding it to my business I have been able to save countless hours by collecting feedback that is clear, consolidated and easy to manage. I put it on all of my client's websites and leave it there for them to use even after the site has launched. I love it!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use it for everything from building and launching new websites, to collecting a sharing design ideas from across the web.

It makes collecting and sharing feedback with clients a breeze.

Clients can leave 100's of small comments all over the website and you can either respond through userback or fly through making changes. I'm so greatful to not have to be digging through client emails just to put together a to-do list and attempting to decipher what vague things they may be referencing.
