What do you like best?

Jeet mukherjee is the best of the best . He goes out of his way to support and provides an long pending issue resolve quickly . I appreciate his respond and commitment towards clients , Every organization run on shoulder of such few persons like jeet . Keep it up .

What do you dislike?

Team coordination on extremely lower side , I feel connected only through my account manager Rizwan - but he is not able to do anything until promised things will delivered , after entering jeet mukherjee things came back on track . It's my request pls see the clients like a real market person for your organization .

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Till now multiple issues seen , as a cancer care clinic we need to revert each and every calls - but due to unidentified reason not able to do ! Still help required for smooth functions .
