Advanced user of Oracle Order Management CloudAll orders are in a set format. This help with creating reports. We use many types of order types and this helps also in creating reports. The system prompts the user when invalid data is entered.
The orders don't always close after they are shipped. I believe this is a workflow issue. This isn't a deal breaker.
Standardizing data is key. Let the system decided how to handle the data
We take advantage of the order interface. We use this to load special orders. This save a lot time and the system verifies the data.
