What do you like best?
The Review Collection & Aggregation application we use through Shout About Us is just what clients like ours need to grow their small businesses. We find it very useful for tradespeople as well. We even have a Ballet Academy using it effectively!
It did take us a while to start selling our clients on using a system like this since most add-on services tend to be out of budget for start-ups, small profits, and trades. But those that are using it are starting to send us reviews for offering it. One client reports that every time they get a new review their phone rings with a new client inquiry. That's terrific news!
We have grown to appreciate the SAU team since they really do care about resolving any problems, training where needed, and looking into suggestions on new functionality. The ability to reply to reviews on the Online Review Management tool and seeing these in a website feed is a great example.
What do you dislike?
The cost per location creates a higher spend per month than a couple of the competitors' models which charge for total reviews instead of locations. But SAU worked with us so that we can keep our costs low for our clients who can most benefit from this service and need to grow just to make a living. KUDOS for helping us help others!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Adding this service to our company's business model makes our websites more dynamic and offers our clients a way to request reviews, monitor them, and keep this business action in focus. Reviews are something most companies need, but managing them has always been problematic. This makes it all right there at your fingertips, whether in the office or in the field.
