Great overall experience with Oggvo - From sales to production!
What do you like best?
They make the process simple. Very detailed explanations in the sales process and good follow through when it comes to execution. Oggvo sets follow up calls to make sure the product works well and answer any questions that may come up. I enjoyed working with Jonathan and Kerri who took us from interest only stage to a working product with easily incoming online reviews for our company using their automated program. It's quick and easy and I can also respond to the reviews directly from the Oggvo Portal. All in one solution!
I also like how I can push reviews from one platform to another and it will save in the photos of that platform - for sample Yelp reviews that were filtered due to their algorithm can be pushed as a photo to Google so the review is not completely lost.
What do you dislike?
Nothing I can think of at this time. I am happy with the experience we had with Oggvo and its representatives. I think they provide a great service to small businesses like us who don't have time to manage online reviews and continue asking our clients for reviews manually. Setting up campaigns that will generate automated reminders is greatly helpful to us.
The only think I could think of that would be very helpful is if Oggvo had a direct integration with Saleforce so our records would automatically pull and create campaigns other than manually uploading lists to be sent.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have multiple review platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp) which was difficult to get customer reviews by sending them multiple links. With Oggvo we send them ONE link and they choose which platform to review on. Oggvo also sends automated reminders in case they forget to leave a review, which increases the customer review rate.
