What do you like best?
Cocopacket is a comprehensive network monitoring system and we wanted software that would help us in keeping a track of network performance and the Cocopacket is a perfect one for us. With their tools, network-related tasks are very easy to control. It has saved us from troubleshooting problems too and whatnot. Its technical team is very helpful and a very smooth communication happened between us. Network monitoring has become no longer our headache after it as its tools have proved so helpful and useful for us in network management.
What do you dislike?
Its pricing is a source of trouble for us. We have found it as a high rate software although the features it offers are quite amazing it is hard for us to afford it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Cocopackect is a perfect tool we have found best for network monitoring. Now we can observe the performance of our network and the factors that are having a bad influence on its performance. Its tools are so helpful and are easily accessible too. Troubleshoot is no longer a source of worry for us. We really like its technical team because of their cooperation and support they provided us. I would recommend this software to all those worrying about the performance of their networks
