Advanced user of Progress Telerik UIWe use Telerik Reporting on our customer portal. It is very cost effective and easy to use. We have used the product since a consultant introduced us to it in 2009. Since then we've been able to maintain the reports and update to the newer versions of Telerik Reporting without breaking the code. We needed an easy way for our customers to print data about their accounts, and Telerik Reporting gave us a great option for that. We also like the export functions such as export to PDF, CSV, etc.
I don't know that I have any "dislikes". The look and feel of our reports probably needs some updating, but that would be something we need to look into as I am sure there are better options with newer versions of Telerik Reporting.
