What do you like best?
Revelation is a very flexible solution that starts with a free plan and can go up to $59 per license a month, and in this case you will get real-time project tracking, handy and powerful visual insights, and even phone support. A paid license can also bring in a self service interface, chat, dashboard, and much more.
What do you dislike?
It would be nice to have the chat and self service features in the free version — or at least one of these two. I also had some problems while uploading a profile image - bumped into it twice and then I just forgot about it. However, this should not have happened.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the Core edition before deciding to purchase - it might be your perfect choice or not.

I am planning to use Revelation to provide assistance to various clients. Now I am only trying the Core free edition, but I might switch to a paid plan in the future.
