Genesys Engage is amazing!

What do you like best?

It is very easy to work on the platform, it makes the work more efficient and that is wonderful. I really like working at genesys engage when I need it. Workers will have easy access and it is not complicated to use. I recommend its use for any type of company

Nothing really bothers me, it could be that sometimes there are small bugs, but nothing serious. it really is very efficient, I have no complaints about Genesys Engage.

I recommend using Genesys Engage because it makes work more efficient, it works for many types of companies since it adapts to the type of need that is had in the services. I really like to use it, I don't always use it, but every time I use it, it is very easy for me to work and be efficient.
