What do you like best?

SchoolMint has been useful in helping us go digital during a time when it is needed most. The communication features and data reports have been extremely helpful. This has minimized the workload for our data entry team .

What do you dislike?

On our end, we haven't been able to receive the turnout of re-enrollment submitted from families due to log in issues. We've had a team reach out to families to provide support and it has been a bit time consuming. Although, I do not think it is as much as SchoolMint issue, we haven't been able to reach the gratifying experience that we know SchoolMint would be able to provide.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a great tool to manage student enrollment and applications. Families can use one profile for current and new students. The support team is extremely friendly and supportive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

SchoolMint has helped us resolve some issues both with our re-enrollment and application launches. They've helped modify some of the features to make it more parent friendly. We do think this have increased our parent engagement since the modifications.
