Advanced user of Visual OneVisual One is very user friendly. The Manager's Adjust function is very helpful.
The least helpful thing about Visual One is the pop-up message that pops up on every new reservation that says "Check guest in now". We always select no, since other steps must be taken first.
My advice is to set up a training class for system knowledge.
Visual One has been proven extremely useful for our large departure days. The "Arrived/Not Checked In" function saves us weekly.
