Advanced user of WeaveI love that weave can be connected to your phone lines at the office and keep everything in one places. Recorded calls, call tracking, text messages, IM system.
The inner hospital DM system has no way to have an emoji response or thread response in the general tab. I would love the ability to "thumbs up" something instead of needing to reply all to instruction given to a group. There is also no way to update a client contact that was imported when Weave was installed (if someone's address or phone number changes, you can not update their client card).
This is a great system, especially if it is your first one. It puts everything in one place which makes for an easy transition for older staff members. You have access to all calls, texts, faxes, email, inner-hospital communications, and reviews in one place.
We are working out the different functions of the inner-hospital DM system. We are also learning to use the help system when Weave isn't acting correctly.
