What do you like best?
I found iconnect360 to be a great tool when first starting at the company. Unlike most companies I've been with, I always had trouble keeping track of my information whether it be personal information retained by the company, benefits, or payroll elections. iconnect360 proves to be a valuable resource for any employee to have for reference whenever they need information fast and would rather not wait for human resource to email them back.
What do you dislike?
I have yet to come across something that I dislike about iconnect360. I use iconnect360 as a point of reference for information so I am afraid I do not use it heavily enough to really know all the detailed functions of the platform.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
iconnect360 was implemented by my company during the midst of a major acquisition where significant number of employees were all being integrated with the existing company. iconnect360 became the core system to manage all our employee data and become the feed for payroll data.
