An awesome tool for user feedback

What do you like best?

It's very easy to submit insights usign the browser extension, and categorize it at the same time.

Every team member can now deep dive into user feedback: we also forward the insights to Slack.

What do you dislike?

It's pricing is on the high end of the spectrum

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Collecting user feedback from emails, user support chats, news boards, social media...

- We're now able to put numbers of users requesting each feature

- When we're designing it and need user interviews, we need exactly who to talk to. Also to promote it after it's released
