Great tool to start collecting customer feedback

What do you like best?

Super easy implementation so we could start tracking NPS via a banner on our app. We use the free version currently and it's been such a helpful tool for our customer success team. We can see individual responses, total scores, and soon we'll integrate Wootric with Intercom.

What do you dislike?

We're using the free version currently, so this question may be a little unfair. Data export is a paid feature, which makes things a little tricky, but I can't fault them for asking you to pay for their app! One feature I would really like is the ability tag responses (we're international so tagging for regions would be super helpful), but that's not available until you get to the Pro plan (3rd tier pricing), which is currently outside of our small business budget.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Wootric enables us to launch and track the NPS survey with very little heavy lifting. Previously, we tried to build our own survey on our app, but it lacked features like controlling survey deployment times. That feature alone is worth a third party tool!
