Great way to track performance!

What do you like best?

the best thing about Stella Connect is how user-friendly the dashboard is. Everything very clearly, and beautifully, laid out for you.

What do you dislike?

No complaints thus far! I haven't run into any trouble or have anything to recommend. I am a new user, so my experience is limited. From speaking with other members of our team though, I haven't been made aware of any complaints or areas that need to be updated.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great program that is incredibly easy to use. I greatly enjoy the page layout and setup of the dashboard. I am new to my company, but from what I understand, they have been using Stella Connect for quite a while and really value the program. I look forward to getting more familiar with the system and learning all that it has to offer. My experience has been great so far!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company uses Stella Connect to manage customer reviews. As a new team member, it has been a great tool to get an idea about how our users feel about my performance and highlights any areas for improvement. Using this program for reviews, I feel like it really helps me feel connected to the users I assist every day. Having that connection is really invaluable in my training as a new employee and makes me feel like a member of our team.
