What do you like best?
The most helpful thing about Emburse Nexonia is the ease of access for our end users. The App has been a game changer. We have been able to get transactions into the budgets within 2 weeks instead of waiting for the end of the month.
What do you dislike?
The payables module. This is currently being developed and I am excited for the future of payables for my daily workflow. I also wish I was able to customize the layout to better match our GL coding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nexonia has completely changed the way we manage our 200+ credit card holders at our organization. We are very happy with the decision we had made to switch. We have been using the software for some time now and still love the capabilities. We continue to discover new uses with the reporting capabilities. We even use the reporting to power a Credit Card Dashboard to help our end users submit timely and for our upper management to be able to see where dollars are sitting and with whom. Nexonia is truly a fantastic software that integrates nicely with Sage Intacct.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to get the end users to reconcile their credit cards in a timely manner. We were able to rollout a new credit card policy one year after going live with Nexonia. It's working! We have almost real-time budgeting and that has proven beneficial to our entire organization.
