What do you like best?

I honestly did not enjoy using this. I guess the way it opened and did not work correctly.

What do you dislike?

The UI, is atrocious. It's actually as bad if not worse than SAP Concur. Devs need to take into account how hard it is to train people in this mess of a software. I write Training guides and SOPs on all software available. This in particular is not a very user friendly software and it is too slow to implement appropriately.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't. There are better choices out there.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Finding a good expense management software to prevent reporting issues and to better serve our employees and customers. Specifically for traveling issues where tickets and expenses can get carried away.
