Great feature set and partnership support - TravelSafe
What do you like best?
The local guidelines have been one of the key differentiators of the TravelSafe API - to my knowledge no competitors offer this. Yet, it's essential for people to understand what conditions are like on-location during the pandemic.
Additionally, their breadth of coverage of restriction and policy data across countries, domestic regions, and airlines is impressive.
They have also organized their API in a way that's logical to understand, and makes implementation easy.
What do you dislike?
I'd really appreciate having more webhooks. For our use-case, it's really important. I can understand why it isn't a high priority, as most customers probably don't need this.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
