What do you like best?

eSignatures.com is a fast secure way for documents to be signed so you do not have to travel to a location, or send by plain email that can be hacked. Much better than the old ways of faxing.

What do you dislike?

My main dislike was the pricing structure. Only having 2 free signatures a month wasn't much, then upgrading to a monthly plan for $25 and only getting 30 signatures, isn't many. The 100 signature a month plan at $150 a per month wasn't feasible for what I do, therefore I didn't stay.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have found a service for my accounting tax business that works better than this. Some months I needed the $25 a month plan others the $150 a month plan. It just didn't make financial means for me to keep using.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was able to speed up getting engagement letters signed, and other contracts. It saved time without having to drive to locations and such, but for the price of the service in the end it wasn't worth it.
