What do you like best?

I like that I didn't have to do much paperwork. The wizard helps out a lot and walked me through the process. To be honest I didn't even realize there a third party while going through the process it looks very integrated within the system which make it more trustworthy.

What do you dislike?

My only concern is how it would work on my mobile. It's actually just personal preference i tend not to do important things on mobile since i have really fat fingers. I've actually bought things by accident doings things on mobile.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend to simplify the brand/logo. The red doesn't make me feel secure. Nit picky here but i think the brand will play an important role in people generating trust in your company.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It saves the hassles of paperwork. Since much of our team is remote this saves us time and money since we don't have to meetup and print paperwork. This tool will be valuable in contracts that need signatures and look forward in to using this again.
