Advanced user of FUSE SearchHaving a faceted search is important to our members. They find value in the ability to identify relevant online community discussions. With FUSE we now know more completely what our members are interested in. : FUSE understands our organization and its goals. They're also a company that is proactive. Sometimes there will be a change with a key by the provider of our online community. FUSE will recognize that they've lost access in some regard due to a change like this. They'll tell us before we have even realized there was an issue. FUSE also has functionality that we are not utilizing yet, but we have it on our radar.
There was a need for more analytics capabilities, but they've just rolled out FUSE Trends so this should be a big step forward.
We're able to afford a solid search product that pulls in customizable results from a number of different sources. Our members have the ability to easily identify and sort for results for topics they're after.
