Best employee engagement tool ever!
What do you like best?
What our company thought would be a wonderful employee recognition and engagement tool (which it IS!) has turned out to be a really wonderful communication tool. I have recommended Peero to many of my professional colleagues. The analytics are spot on and so valuable.
What do you dislike?
It would be really cool if my staff can exchange peeros to giftcards or other bonuses.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use it to give credit to others when a good act happens or someone (a team) accomplishes something that gives value to the company. Or even if a peer has just helped me with a task and I want to thank that. The best part of this is that we are happier when we give points rather than receiving them.
Our morale and work attitude has increased significantly.
