What do you like best?
I love that the Blueboard Employee Recognition Platform makes the experience so seamless and gratifying. The Blueboard team takes care of everything - from selecting the activity, personalizing it, to making sure that the recipient enjoys the reward. I appreciate the team's effort at constantly sending reminders, directly communicating with me and the activity provider, considering all options and guiding me through choosing the best one.
It is also great that there is no expiration to the award. This way, recipients are able to maximize the experience by scheduling the best time, and/or using multiple awards in conjunction to achieve the best experience.
What do you dislike?
Perhaps the only downside is the limitation when it comes to payment. Not all available activity providers accept credit card payments so some really sought-for activities are missed. There is this vertical bivouac activity at Kiokong White Rock Wall that I would love to experience but they only accept bank deposits as payments so I am sad that I cannot go.

It is always best to engage a Blueboard team member to get the best out of the award experience.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Hard work pays off. The Blueboard award motivates me to always do my best at work, and to take more initiative as a part of a team, a project, or a goal.
