Easy to use. Prepopulated questions are made for each chief complaint. Created note for you. Easy to go back and change notes.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the prepopulated response doesn't make sense. It's not 100% smart.

Medical notes for an urgent care. It's beneficial in that it's easy and fast to use.
