Brainspace Provides an Analytic Overview that blows away the Competition.
What do you like best?
The underlying hardware runs on Linux, which means no crashes, no downtime for patching, minimal maintenance needed when it comes to the hardware. The software itself is intuitive, the gui's make for a quick overview of your data and it makes being able to find important documents rather easy.
What do you dislike?
The scale-ability at the moment is not where it needs to be when running big data through the system. The boot up sequence for cases is at random currently, meaning that if you need to reboot for any reason and would like to prioritize a database, you cannot currently. This is fine for smaller databases in smaller companies but using this in large environments makes for some issues.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Culling down large amounts of data using analytics, which makes for cheaper review and reduces the overall cost of litigation by a significant amount.
