Advanced user of tradeitI love the features about Red Technology. Man o man is this one of the greatest softwares I have ever used. It is wonderful because Red Technology is simple, painless, and cost at its least. Highly flexible and strong multichannel capabilities.
I dislike very few aspects but what I do dislike is the customer service when I have an issue that needs to be resolved. Sometimes the software gets a little glitchy or that maybe because of my desktop PC.
I recommend to have an easier downloading feature. Also make it compatible for others to use. For example if I worked in an office with many people, It would be convenient if I could work together and share my designs, etc.
