Shopify Plus: A useful tool for order management
What do you like best?
If there are problems with the system, the speed to solve these problems will be very fast. Shopify is fast, allowing you to handle customer situations quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike?
In your "Edit Order" application, the page will flash each time you open it. You must refresh the page to stay and use it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool that can be used to register, accept payments and keep all orders in one place. It is easy to navigate and easy to train new employees to use. It also allows us to use the membership program through the Swell application on the website. I hope there is a way to use the trash version of this tool, especially for training purposes. This will allow us to train new employees in the process of using the tool without interfering with any of our requests.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Shopify is currently used as an ordering system for our business. All the orders issued to our company are hosted in this tool. We also handle refunds, changes and replacements of scenarios through this tool. It allows us to archive all orders in one place so that everything is organized and easy to find.
