What do you like best?

The ability to fully edit a PDF is outstanding. I like the export to image option since it has a wide variety of options. I've found valuable the opportunity to create fillable forms. You can set the security level of your doc to prevent changes. That is especially helpful when you're expecting several people to fill a form and send it back to you.

What do you dislike?

The form creation tools can be a bit tricky. For example, copying multiple fields gets the new fields' ordering awful. It means a lot of work to rearrange the numbering, i.e., in a grid. I think there might be a better way to do that.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are creating forms, scanning and filing old archives, extracting graphics from PDFs. Though it has added several functionalities throughout the years, it has kept very lightweight.
