Using your analytical data to marketing strategies

What do you like best?

I love how visual Google gets when providing you with analytical data, you're able to see demographics from each user that visits your website. They provide data such as location, phone type, time they accessed, and time spent on the website, as well as personal data such as age range and geographical data. You can even set off flags for scrolling & clicking to see if they scrolled or clicked beyond a certain point.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that there's no spam filtering for bots who may have access to the website, this makes it hard to model out leads who may have landed on our landing page. However, you can set off a Google repcatcha and filter out users who didn't pass it on your end.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Data is the most in-demand commodity, if you know how to to use Google Analytics correctly you can easy take advantage of the data to build out more effective marketing campaigns

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Google Analytics, we measure out users who visit our website (specifically our landing page). We make models to see how they interacted with the page to make edits accordingly for a better conversion on our ads. We also use organic data provided by google analytics to segment an audience to market and advertise too. We have found Google Analytics to be one of our best tools we use in house!
