Gplus adapter for a very smooth CRM integration

What do you like best?

Easy to manage all customer data, including the authentication of users on our platform with all the data screen popped from Genesys IVR

What do you dislike?

WE ran into SSO issues while trying to connect gplus to CRM, but once the single sign on issue was resolved, the data flow from all Genesys products such as voice, live agent, chat, chatbot etc., was very easy

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Configuring the Adapter in the Genesys Config layer was the only time consuming part. Once the configuration was successful, the integration into CRM did not take long. We had initial issues with secure connection and needed help from experts on CRM config to get us going.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

WIth the gplus integration into our CRM interface, we get a complete 360 view of the customer in one glance. The integration helps our contact center agents to provide a better and personalized customer service
