What do you like best?

I really like features of PlanMill CRM, for example, smart emails, calls, and notifications.The support team is also very good and friendly, it always wants to help you to solve all your problems and are online 24/7. The system is easy to use, and input data, which is great for any small business looking for a CRM that is reasonable.

What do you dislike?

There has been some reduction in functionality in the free version. There are few bugs in the software too, the automation can be a little clunky.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The integration with several departments is very efficient. It does a great job of taking a prospect to a customer and then housing all data that comes from that relationship.
