What do you like best?

The option for desktop visibility during agents' call recordings. Also, support is always prompt. The pre-built reports are formatted nicely, as well.

What do you dislike?

Some limitations on customization, and some of the reporting can be a bit complex to manipulate.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The capability to record screen capture during phone calls has allowed us to individualize strategies based on more than just the audio recordings. We are able to view efficiency of movement in their virtual workspace.
