Advanced user of EasyContactNowEasy to use interface, support is robust, straight forward configuration. Set up of new users and queues is quick and visually designed for ease of use. Call recordings are easy to access,
Reporting and analytics have opportunity and sometimes lack clarity. Call recordings cannot be filtered to start after the caller hits an IVR, so listening to call backs requires hearing every prompt and message before a voicemail.
Be prepared to do configuration and set up. Support is awesome. Reporting needs some continued development.
