Scalable Call Center Software for Small Firms

What do you like best?

The flow is perfect here. Before this I was afraid even thinking about my own business but after knowing about HoduCC, it is easy to manage my startup business. The software provides us the facility to manage the employees/ agents and customers all together, the call features, IVR, music on hold all together making a full package.

What do you dislike?

Initially you may find it complex but after it's easy to use.

I will recommend this to the startups.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For a small business, we don't have that much funding that we can spend more money for this kind of software but Hoducc can be the software you can use for your startup too. We can handle the parallel calls, give a chance to the agent to use the options like weekend/ holiday mode. if one line is busy it automatically redirects to the free one.
