Fenero has great promise but needs to mature.

What do you like best?

Fenero is simple to use and has a fairly simple pricing structure. It's a great option for small to medium companies to setup a call center. They also have very good service from implementation to issues after going live.

What do you dislike?

They have started adding on small costs for things like recording storage, their scripting tool and more.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Fenero will work closely with you to ensure that your setup goes smoothly. Make sure that you know exactly what you need and they will do everything they can to make sure you have all the functionality you need.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were able to transition an entire call center to the Fenero platform in less than a month. Fenero worked with us to provide the tools that we needed to have when we launched.
