What do you like best?
The best thing that I like about is time saving by using this product as this will let me to do one job on behalf of me. This manage the inbound and outbound communication easily and will let the company save money and time. This will also give the real time response as a general voice call but perhaps one click away.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing to complain about this as this is a easy to use software which required minimum amount of knowledge to start with.
