Advanced user of Xactly Incent ViewsI like the way Incent presents the data on individual performance and key metric achievement. Also the PPP feature is icing on the cake.
The only thing I dislike is if I want to do a side by side comparison of 2 or more employees in one view
Incentive payment on time due to availability of required data at all time. Also the setup enables you to configure the calculations as per requirement and analytics dashboard give the report based on criterias and filters added which solves the reporting requirements as well
