Payfactors has a Peer Network of over a dozen airline clients. This makes them hands-down the best source for compensation data on the aviation industry. Their system is also very easy-to-use and can supplement HRIS reporting and analytics with some great pre-built dashboards.
What do you dislike?
The general data is not necessarily as robust as we might like. We're looking at supplementing our data for non-aviation-specific jobs with surveys to round out our compensation analyses.
