Simple way to get the approvals needed to complete your merit process.
What do you like best?
Easy access for all managers into the tool and the ability to provide letters to the managers after the merit process is completed.
What do you dislike?
Would like to see a delegate user option in the tool where a subordinate can be assigned to access and approve a V.P.'s "My Org" page. Also, more options when it comes to prorating merit based on the individuals hire date.

This tool will give you everything you need in the merit approval process. It is so good that we are working on ways to also use the tool to complete our salary bonus process.
