Hence, Incentive is the best tool to manage and update our employees through easy communication.

What do you dislike?

The most obvious difficulty that we faced in this software is that sometimes its features are very difficult and we cannot easily understandable its features. This software is not easily usable for small business because this software basically used for professional and big companies. It is difficult to generate reports unless those reports have been configured. But still it is very simple and straightforward software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Incentive software is so great for our team members. This software is great for tracking and progressing sales opportunities. I can easily use this software for email communication purposes. I recommend this software because it is very customizable software.
