What do you like best?
The team at VoiceFront was excellent at helping me set up a friendly and usable Alexa store. They're extremely knowledgable about the Alexa platform and how best to maximize customer conversions. They were able to anticipate my need and my questions and presented thoughtful and speedy solutions.
What do you dislike?
The cataloging system was a bit difficult to figure out. With that said, I'm trying to wrangle a many, many collections and the VoiceFront team was able to advise me on the best way to set up my catalog in order to help my customers find what they're looking for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the leap. I don't believe Ori, Shauli, and Ruben would have let me fail even if I wanted to. Rarely does one experience this level of support from a team, and I'm eagerly awaiting growing my business with VoiceFront.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were not on ANY voice-enabled platform and this enabled us to not only get there, but gave us a much more professional look and feel than we could have achieved trying to go it alone. Our easy-reorder scripts have made getting our Alexa-enamored customers very happy.
