What do you like best?

Botpress is Open Source, which allows us customise and integrate it with our existing portfolio of applications. We also have a data team at Youpal where we work in data engineering and data science projects. With Botpress it's really easy for us to test our data models connecting them with the chatbot interface.

What do you dislike?

Chat flows can be complicated in some specific scenarios.
