Easy to use, even for copy writers!
What do you like best?
aiaibot is structured and way less complex than I expected chatbot software to be.
Even for non-coders, non-programmers and just the the creative copywriter-crowd, this is an easy-to implement professional tool for clients. With aiaibot, you can easily put a concept into practice for your client, let the bot speak 24/7 or even use the voting or NPS tools as a feedback function.
The UX Design is relatively simple and understandable.
You can link it to various platforms (e.g. facebook) easily.
And since I know aiaibot, they have constantly improved and increased the service and capabilities of their product!
Today, you can even put in a hand-over to a live person via Slack. How cool is that.
What do you dislike?
Can be optimized:
– for saving your ideas or changes, you need one or two clicks more than you'd expect (being spoiled by other self-saver software of today)
– as a copywriter, you'll still need a hint by web admins or programmers to put it on the right spot on the website
– being able to copy-paste similar threads with tiny differences in content would be helpful in future
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great product to get started, try out and take first steps in digital interaction with (even anonymus) customers. It's a both powerful and simple tool in digitization – made in Switzerland.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
– your brand / company can be reached 24/7
– you can generate leads
– if your chatbot's out of special answers, you can link to a live chat with a person, keeping and satisfying a customer lead
– inform in an interactive way (interaction between brand and customer)
– you can use it to find out both customer needs and barriers, thus optimizing your (digital) offers/services
– the power of branding: the chatbot adds personality to your brand, the way it talks and interacts
