What do you like best?

I think Precise Hire does a good job pulling federal crime information in addition to national reports.

What do you dislike?

I don't love the price for what you get, it seems fair compared to other vendors but sometimes I wonder what the quality of their product is. Sometimes it's hard to tell if there are add ons that are worth paying for as well and specific additional services at our disposal.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'd say the only thing I don't love is the price point for what you get. I do wonder if perhaps maybe we bought more of the service maybe they'd offer some sort of discount and I do like the people we work with also .
