What do you like best?
It gives the remote owner or construction executive another tool to check on progress. It is also a fairly accurate depiction of the work progress if walk thru is done properly.
What do you dislike?
It may distort what the actual progress of the project is. While helpful, the person doing the walkthru with the camera can walk only the parts that show good or bad progress only.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
you need to have the construction manager buy into this as it does require onsite supervision.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Ability to check on the project remotely. With Covid reality, many people work remotely and this helps them understand what is actually being done in place. While I do not currently use it now, I have used it in the past and it was very helpful since I was living in Mass but running projects in NYC.
