I have been using to improve the quality of my audiovisual productions

What do you like best?

As an event planner it is interesting for me to live looking for new tools and alternatives that transfer me to innovate my events to differentiate myself from the rest, for some time I had carried out my events online, but now that it has become a common factor due to the pandemic I need to find something that would help me differentiate myself from the rest and that is when I met Slido, where he allows me in a fairly simple way to give my assistants a voice through surveys, live questionnaires which allows me to considerably increase the interaction within of my events, not to mention that the responses we receive are 100% anonymous, which allows us to generate greater trust with the audience by not disclosing personal information of the attendees when asking questions, also its interface is quite simple to learn, it really didn't take long to discover how Slido works, so in a few my minutes was already able to use this tool successfully

What do you dislike?

I don't know why, but it happened to me on one occasion that people could not vote properly during a live, even though I already made a consultation with the support team, I still have not received a favorable response for my problem

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been using it to improve the quality of my audiovisual productions during this quarantine, with the purpose of adding differentiating elements to the rest of the virtual events that are currently being carried out through new strategies to generate interaction between my assistants for which this app is just great.
